This is a dish I made for Easter Brunch at church and it was a big hit. This can be made the night early and put in the refrigerator. You will infatuation a 9x13 baking dish.

  1. 1 pound bacon
  2. 1 pound bulk pork sausage

  7. 6 eggs
  8. 2 dashes liquid smoke flavoring
  9. u00bd teaspoon hot pepper sauce (such as Cholulau00ae)
  10. u00bd teaspoon seasoned salt (such as LAWRYSu00ae)
  11. u215b teaspoon white pepper
  12. 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  13. 1 teaspoon dried basil
  14. 3 pounds frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
  15. salt and black pepper to taste
  16. 1 cup shredded pepper Jack cheese
  17. 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  18. 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  19. 1 (4 ounce) can chopped black olives

The instruction how to make Easter Brunch Casserole

  1. Place the bacon in a large, deep skillet, and cook more than medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until evenly browned, not quite 10 minutes. Drain the bacon slices as regards a paper towel-lined plate. Place sausage into the bacon grease, and cook until crumbly and brown, very nearly 10 minutes.
